How To Get Help

For the fastest response, email us with:

• Your device model and OS version
• Your app version
• A short description of the issue
• Screenshots or a screen recording if available

Common Requests

• Account access: login issues, Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or email/password problems
• Subscriptions: billing questions, restore purchases, and plan access issues
• Data and privacy: deletion requests, export requests, and privacy questions
• Bug reports: crashes, sync problems, or features that are not working as expected

Subscription Help

PairSpace Premium subscriptions are managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can manage or cancel an active subscription from your device's store account settings.

If your premium access is missing after reinstalling the app or changing devices, use the in-app restore purchases option first, then contact support if the issue continues.
